Do I have to pay a parking ticket with mistakes?
I got a parking ticket but the ticket has two major mistakes: wrong type of car (Passat instead of Cabrio) and wrong state for the license plate (FL instead of PA). Will I have to pay this ticket?
I got a parking ticket but the ticket has two major mistakes: wrong type of car (Passat instead of Cabrio) and wrong state for the license plate (FL instead of PA). Will I have to pay this ticket? Just to be clear this is a PARKING not moving violation, so license, name, registration is not relevant. Just car info, and the plate number is correct.
Sounds to me like the ticket was meant for a different car. Presuming they can’t prove it was meant for YOUR car, they can’t make you pay.
