Las Vegas in 7 years? (also… Palms Place)?
Will it most likely look the same? but just with some new places to go?
i’m talking about construction, pollution, and traffic
Also, a Palms Place studio right now costs about $650,000
how much do you think it will cost in 10 years?
And do you think the Palms will still be ‘the cool’ place to go?
or will there be bigger and better places that will blow the Palms Place away?
i heard a certain side of LV will be the ’superior’ side of the strip.. anyone know what this is?
It won’t look the same. Vegas is ever-changing. There will be continued construction, more pollution, more people and more traffic.
I don’t think anyone can really say how much real-estate will be worth 10 years from now.
As a local, I wouldn’t say the Palms is currently the cool place to go.. And “better” places are always popping up.
The north side of the strip between Desert Inn and Sahara will be vastly different than it is today. A lot of new properties will be there in 7 years. Even downtown may be revitalized in 7 years.
It’s hard to gauge what any place will be like in 7 years, let alone a place like Vegas that’s always in a constant state of change. If you’re not going to be out here for 7 years, there’s no reason to worry about it today because it’s going to be a very different place.
